You are being granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use copies of the following games and activities, Wiener Dog BBQ, A-Mazing Ants, Kite Maze, Space Maze, Color the Gila Monster, Grand Canyon Maze, Deep Sea Maze, Spider Web Maze, Snow Maze, Santa Coloring Page1 and Santa Coloring Page2 for personal use only. You cannot sell these games and activities and you may not use them for any commercial purpose whatsoever. You must not alter the art in any way and you must keep the copyright notice intact. All other artwork on any www.MARKIX.net Web site cannot be copied or used without the expressed, written permission of illustrator Mark A. Hicks and/or the publisher of the artwork. 

In addition, the above-mentioned games and activities may only be used for wholesome purposes. They cannot not be used to promote any adult, occult, hate, or any illegal activity. The illustrator reserves the right to revoke or suspend the license of users of the above-mentioned games and activities who, in the sole opinion of the illustrator, do not comply with the terms of this Personal Use Policy.

Further more, the illustrator reserves the right to remove or change the artwork at anytime without notice. The illustrator also reserves the right to change and/or amend the terms and conditions of this Personal Use Policy at anytime without notice. 

Printing and/or any other use of any of the above-mentioned games and activities constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Personal Use Policy.
